Figure 5 shows spatial auto-and cross-correlations of the DEM- and VDVI-matrices, computed with the script “PermutationTest_Pearson_AutoCrossCorr.m”: in the folder “~/AutoCorrelations”.

Figure 5a (Spatial auto-correlation in the cross-flow direction) is the same as “DEM_VDVI_AC_crossflow_NP=100.pdf” in the folder “~/AutoCorrelations/output”.

Figure 5b (Spatial cross-correlation in the cross-flow direction) is the same as “DEM_VDVI_CC_crossflow_NP=100.pdf” in the folder “~/AutoCorrelations/output”.

Because this was more convenient than combining FIgure 5a and 5b in Matlab, both subfigures are combined manually in “Figure5.pptx”.
