The R-script “Figure4_and_SI2.r” makes Figure 4 and Figure SI2. These figures are cross-sections along the southern resp. northern edge of the 44x49.5m focus area (DEMcrossSouth.txt and DEMcrossNorth.txt in folder “~/DEM_VDVI_Comparison/output”), obtained from the DEMs. See folder “~/DEM_VDVI_Comparison” for more info on how these cross-sections were obtained.

The Matlab script “PlatformRiseAnnually.m” computes the yearly mean increase in median elevation along these northern and southern cross-sections.
